Pastor: Jonathan Falwell

Jonathan Falwell is in his fifth year as Senior Pastor of Thomas Road Baptist Church.  In addition to leading the 20,000-member church and 250 staff members, Pastor Jonathan is the primary teacher at TRBC’s Sunday morning worship services. Pastor Jonathan also serves as the Executive Vice-President of Spiritual Affairs at Liberty University. Prior to being named Senior Pastor, he worked closely with his dad, Dr. Jerry Falwell, in the daily leadership of the church and its related ministries. Pastor Jonathan is a published author and writes the weekly Falwell Confidential. He and his wife, Shari, have four children; Jonathan Jr., Jessica, Natalie and Nicholas.

Campus Pastor: Josh Coldren

Josh and Nicole Coldren are originally from Reading, Pennsylvania. They met in high school and attended  Liberty University. Josh received his Master of Divinity from Liberty Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education. He previously served as the Associate Pastor at a church near Smith Mtn. Lake, Virginia. He also has worked with the Center for Church Ministries at Liberty University. Nicole is currently an elementary school teacher with Roanoke City Public Schools. Both Josh and Nicole are excited to serve the people of the Roanoke area.

Family Ministry Director:  Russon Bibbs

 

Russon is a Roanoke local, having grown up in Franklin County.  He went to Liberty Theological Seminary and received his Masters of Divinity in Biblical Studies.  He has spent the past two and half years working as a Student Pastor at a church plant near Atlanta, Ga where he met is wife Nicole.  They have two puppies “Nicson” and “Coleson” who consume most of their time outside of the church.  Russon’s primary focus at Crossroads Church is working with Kids and Student ministry as well as various other roles in the church.  Russon and Nicole are both excited to be “back home” and serving the people of the Roanoke Valley.
